Georgette was born in Auckland, New Zealand, and her passion for fashion ignited during her upbringing surrounded by her fashion-forward mother, the owner of Centrepoint Fabrics.
After completing her fashion design degree with honors at Massey University in Wellington, Georgette ventured to New York City in 2018, where she resided in the lively Lower East Side of Manhattan. There, she embraced every styling opportunity that came her way, contributing to major productions in collaboration with prestigious names including VOGUE, Elle USA, Armani, Rita Ora, J.Crew, and Gucci.
Her time in New York was unexpectedly cut short by the pandemic, prompting her return to Auckland. Back in her hometown, Georgette established “Studio Cassini,” a creative space catering to photoshoots and events. Simultaneously, she continues to offer freelance styling to a range of clients, showcasing her versatility and artistic finesse.
Georgette’s journey reflects her unyielding commitment to fashion and her ability to adapt and thrive, whether in the bustling streets of New York or the creative hub of Auckland.
With a portfolio boasting collaborations with industry giants and a keen eye for detail, Georgette brings a unique blend of experience, passion, and creativity to every project.
