FAQs

What do I wear to my appointment?

I do ask that you arrive with no makeup on and no coloured contact lenses. I do have makeup remover if needed. You can wear any coloured clothing of your choice as we cover you with a cape.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 Minutes before your session as I will be finishing up with the client before you.

My appointments fill up very quickly, especially weekends. Follow along on my instagram for appointment release dates.

If you are booking for more than one person please email info@georgette.co.nz to make a personalised booking. Or book your sessions back to back and arrive together. (Please let me know if your doing this so I can prep the session for a group)

That’s completely out of your control, I understand.  Please let me know asap and we will get you re-booked.

Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment date.

Appointments may be rescheduled or moved up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled time. If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible and we will happily arrange a new appointment time for you.

Please note that failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.

  • Appointments are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate at the time of booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled time. To do so, please contact us directly via email or phone.

  • If you are unwell or experiencing unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to reschedule your appointment without penalty, provided notice is given.

  • We understand life happens! If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift or transfer your appointment to a friend—just let us know ahead of time.

Refunds & Credits

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations or missed appointments.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule or receive a credit toward another service (valid for 12 months from the original appointment date).

Arriving for Your Session

  • Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter consultation time to avoid delays for other clients.

Group Bookings & Events

  • Group bookings (e.g. hens parties, corporate functions, or workshops) require a 50% deposit to secure the date, with the balance due 7 days prior to the event.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
