The Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade is a huge deal in America. Thanksgiving Day is an annual national holiday in the United States and Canada celebrating the harvest and other blessings of the past year. And in true American style, they go BIG. Amazing floats are driven down from Central Park in New York and finish at the Macys in Herald Square. Each year a selection of pop stars and singers are put on floats to perform and wave to the public who fill both sides of the street. Let me tell you, this event is HUGE. And being at the start of NYC winter it is also freezing cold which means wearing an outfit from the fabulous Moncler is a great idea, fashion-forward but warm and practical. Rita dazzled the fans as she floated down the streets of New York. It was freezing but she stayed out in the cold as we followed her float in the warmth of air conditioning, what a trooper!
Stylist Tip- A coat can dress up any winter outfit. If you feel too bulky tie a belt around to snatch you in at the waist or smallest part of your body.
